About The Position

We are seeking an Underground Utilities Laborer to support the day-to-day operations of construction projects. The role requires travel between Lawrence, Kansas, and Independence, Missouri. The laborer assists with general construction work, maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows safety protocols, and collaborates with supervisors and construction staff to support project success. The position also supports innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices and includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel between Lawrence, KS, and Independence, MO.

• Experience in construction or a related industry.
