About The Position

The General Laborer / Utility supports mill operations by performing a variety of production, material-handling, housekeeping, and utility duties. The role requires working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and performing physically demanding tasks. The position is based in Baltimore, Ohio, pays $25.96 per hour, and follows 12-hour rotating shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, approximately 14 days per month. Employees must be available for both day and night shifts and rotate between them every two weeks. The role may be eligible for a short-term incentive, with a stated quarterly bonus target of 10%. Career progression may include Winder Helper, Operator, Back Tender, and Machine Tender.

Requirements
