About The Position

Millwood, Inc. is hiring general laborers to perform a variety of day-to-day jobs. The role involves hands-on physical labor and operating machinery to support production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Team members are expected to maintain a safe, tidy workspace and accurately complete assigned tasks. The schedule is a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday. The position is located in Warren, Ohio, and requires reliable commuting or plans to relocate before starting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to stand, bend or stoop, kneel, lift, reach, and perform other physical tasks during an 8–10-hour shift.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Warren, Ohio, or plan to relocate before starting work.
• Punctuality, respect for coworkers and supervisors, and a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn multiple jobs and grow with the company.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
