About The Position

Millwood, Inc. is accepting applications for general laborer positions to handle a variety of day-to-day jobs. The role involves hands-on physical labor and operating machinery to help streamline company production and maintain customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Plant Manager and floor supervisors. The schedule is a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, and the role is based in Warren, Ohio.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop, kneel, lift, reach, and perform other physical tasks during an 8–10-hour shift.
• Ability to understand and complete job tasks accurately.
• Must reliably commute to Warren, Ohio, or plan to relocate before starting work.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
• Punctuality, respectfulness toward coworkers and supervisors, a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn multiple jobs, and interest in growing with the company.
