Broken Bow OK - General Labor (November 2026) DAY Shift
About The Position
Tyson Foods is hiring for general labor openings on the posted shift at its Broken Bow, Oklahoma facility. Applicants may be considered for openings in any department, including First Processing, IF, IX, Packing, and Deboning. All positions start at $16.75 per hour. Team members are expected to follow Tyson’s safety culture and may be contacted for a facility visit if they meet the minimum requirements for consideration. The role involves working in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces. Physical tasks include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, gripping, reaching, and repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. Some positions require lifting 40 to 70 pounds. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, and must be available for overtime and weekends if required. Previous Tyson employees must wait 180 days before reapplying. Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods three or more times are not eligible for rehire. Team members seeking a transfer from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. Certain roles require a background check, with documentation provided after an offer is extended. Hourly applicants must complete an additional task after submitting an application.
