About The Position
This is an entry-level general labor position at Tyson involving tasks across different stages of processing. Duties may include placing products into trays, vacuum packaging, quality control, cutting, deboning, portioning, and packaging chickens. Additional tasks may include maintaining cleanliness, monitoring equipment, and ensuring proper ingredient usage. Specific responsibilities may vary by location and business needs; roles can include re-worker, packer, and grader. The position is on the second shift and involves working in noisy, cold, damp areas with strong odors. Workers perform repetitive motions and must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation. Tyson accepts rehires if they have not worked for the company in the past six months (180 days). Candidates who have worked for Tyson three times are not eligible. Sponsorship is not offered, and applicants must reside in the United States. Background checks may be required for certain roles. Responsibilities
- Place products into trays and vacuum package products.

- Perform other processing duties as needed, including re-worker, packer, or grader tasks.
