About The Position

Creative Foam designs and manufactures cellular and non-cellular foams and plastics for automotive customers. The General Labor role supports daily production by preparing tools and the facility, maintaining an organized work environment, managing waste, and supporting workplace safety. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Stable work history.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a drug screen and criminal background check as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or ice blast tools for daily production.
• Prepare the facility for daily production.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Manage the waste stream.
• Promote and adhere to the organization’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment.
