About The Position

Work in a production environment while following safety procedures and quality processes and meeting targeted build rates. The role supports accurate production, productivity and on-time delivery, plant housekeeping, and teamwork across the facility. Day-to-day tasks may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work safely while adhering to safety processes and policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Systems analysis skills.
• Mathematical and deductive reasoning.
• Critical thinking.
• Active learning.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours a day and repeatedly bend, squat, and twist.
