About The Position

L&M Corrugated is hiring dependable, motivated individuals for a General Labor role supporting its production team in delivering quality corrugated products. The company provides training and support for employees who are new to manufacturing and offers opportunities to build a long-term career and advance into other production roles. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

Nice To Haves

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated material into production machines.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Bundle and prepare finished orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete work orders based on production needs.
