About The Position

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks that support production operations, product quality, and facility cleanliness. This position provides assistance throughout the department as needed to ensure efficient and safe operations. The Utility Worker is responsible for supporting production operations by performing a variety of tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow, product quality, and a safe work environment. This position provides assistance across multiple departments and may be required to perform general labor duties throughout the facility. The Stacker (PR03) is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products, boxes, trays, or materials for storage, shipping, or further processing. This position helps maintain production flow by ensuring products are properly arranged, secured, and moved according to company standards. The Reworker (PR02) is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and reprocessing products that do not meet quality, packaging, or production specifications. This position helps ensure product quality standards are maintained while minimizing waste and supporting production efficiency. The Breast Shell Attendant (PR03) is responsible for monitoring, handling, and supplying breast product throughout the production process to ensure efficient operations, product quality, and continuous line flow. This position supports production by maintaining adequate product supply and ensuring products meet company quality and food safety standards.

Rehires are subject to a 91 day wait period, determined from their last date of employment, to apply for FRESH PLANT.

Responsibilities

Perform general production and labor tasks as assigned by supervision.
Assist with product handling, sorting, packing, stacking, and material movement.
Support production lines to maintain workflow and productivity.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Remove waste materials and keep workstations organized.
Follow all company safety, food safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover activities as required.
Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
