About The Position
These positions may be in any department of the Processing or Harvest facility. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Some positions require lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying 40 pounds or more; working in extremely hot, wet, or cold environments; using hands and arms above shoulder level; and standing for 8–10 hours per day. Processing roles may involve using a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product, or operating powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines. Harvest roles may involve using a knife and hook to remove cattle hides and trim large pieces of meat, or operating heavy equipment. All positions are for either A or B shift. The facility operates up to six days per week, Monday through Saturday. Job offers are conditional on proof of legal authorization to work in the United States and passing a urinalysis screening as part of the post-offer health assessment. Former Tyson employees are subject to a 180-day rehire waiting period and a three-time rehire limit, effective 01-02-2025.
