If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery-Sanitation - 2nd Shift to join our team at our Van Nuys, CA bakery. In this role, you will be accountable for maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant facility by executing sanitation processes that support food safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and working in cold or wet environments
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and safety protocols
• Willingness to work 3rd shift

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a baking or food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with sanitation chemicals and equipment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all buildings, including walls, ceilings, floors, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, refrigeration units, proofers, freezers, and spiral coolers
• Execute exterior facility cleaning to support overall plant standards and safety
• Manage and restock sanitation and restroom supplies across all buildings
• Safely store, handle, and oversee cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
• Support food safety, quality, legality, and regulatory compliance standards
• Perform additional sanitation-related duties and special projects as assigned
