About The Position

Ascendent Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for an established private dental practice in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. This practice is entering a new phase of growth and is looking for a dentist who prioritizes human connection and patient well-being over transactions. The ideal candidate will be a doctor who sees the person behind the teeth, listens to patient needs, builds trust, and helps patients achieve better health. This role offers meaningful mentorship and the potential for equity partnership in the future, without a traditional buy-in. The practice is supported by Ascendent Health Partners, providing resources, experienced teams, and strong patient relationships. Doctors maintain significant clinical autonomy, with healthcare decisions remaining between the doctor and patient. The practice encourages doctors to have influence over supplies, vendors, clinical systems, and workflows. The goal is to empower excellent doctors with excellent people, education, systems, and resources to provide exceptional care.

  • Developing or already possessing advanced proficiency in at least one additional area, such as molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implant dentistry, clear aligner therapy, or comprehensive care for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry.
  • Continuously expand clinical capabilities.
  • Care for approximately 80% of patient needs within the practice when clinically appropriate and in the patient's best interest.
  • Provide strong bread-and-butter dentistry.
  • Develop or possess advanced proficiency in at least one additional area such as molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implant dentistry, clear aligner therapy, or comprehensive care for children and families.
  • Complete approximately 14–16 hygiene exams per day.
  • Provide comprehensive restorative and advanced treatment.
  • Work alongside trained team members and receive dedicated assisting support.
  • Effectively diagnose, communicate, lead, and delegate.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure established patients have access to care when urgent needs arise.
  • Treat teammates according to the Golden Rule.
  • Help build something long-term.
  • Earn equity in the growing practice after approximately 24 months as a Trial Partner/Associate.
