About The Position

CCS Facility Services is hiring a part-time General Cleaner to keep a workplace clean, organized, and disinfected. The position is in Buckeye, Arizona, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The cleaner performs routine janitorial work throughout building interiors and other work areas, maintains restrooms and cleaning supplies, follows safety procedures, and reports unsafe or maintenance-related conditions. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment may occasionally involve moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, electrical-shock risk, and vibration; noise is usually moderate. Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.

Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, and use equipment and materials properly.

Responsibilities

Clean building interiors, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, walls, and other areas.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas.
Remove stains from chairs and upholstered furniture.
Dust furniture, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings.
Empty and clean trash cans and ashtrays.
Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies in restrooms and other required areas.
Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
Empty trash and recycling containers and take them to the disposal area.
Remove trash and snow from sidewalks when necessary.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request missing materials from supervisors when applicable.
Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or conditions requiring maintenance.
Maintain a cleaning chart showing areas cleaned and inspected.
Follow safety and precautionary rules.
Close doors at the end of the night shift.
