About The Position

The General Cleaner is a part-time frontline essential worker trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices, using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment. The role includes cleaning and maintaining facility areas, replenishing restroom supplies, removing trash, and reporting maintenance concerns. No prior janitorial experience is required; training is provided. Duties may vary from those listed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• COVID and flu vaccination required.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when required by the position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• No janitorial experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces, including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips noticed while working.
• Follow 4M cleaning and disinfecting practices and applicable safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when required.
