About The Position

Marsden Central, L.L.C. is hiring a part-time floater General Cleaner in St. Paul, Minnesota. The floater travels to different assigned locations each day to clean. The cleaner may work independently or with another person. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. One weekend per month is on call, and extra hours are available. A driver's license is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, speak English for safety reasons, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check. This role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, twisting, and seeing small to tiny items.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be available for one weekend per month on call.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout assigned buildings.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
• Travel to different assigned locations daily to clean.
