General Chemistry Laboratory Coordinator-MSUAASF Range C
About The Position
Coordinate the use and preparation of introductory and general chemistry laboratories and teach select introductory chemistry laboratory courses. Requirements
- Two years of experience working in a laboratory
- Demonstrated experience leading/instructing laboratory courses in a college/university setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of experimental procedures and experimental design, laboratory curriculum, and chemical safety
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds
- Must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the effective date of appointment. Eligibility includes being a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or a foreign national authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship. Employees must maintain work authorization without sponsorship for the duration of their appointment.

- At least one year professional experience leading/instructing laboratory course in a college/university setting
- Experience supervising student employees in a higher education setting.
