The University Advancement team's mission is to engage alumni and friends in ways that are meaningful and impactful to them. The Leadership Development Officer plays a key role in this effort, focusing on soliciting leadership gifts ($5,000 - $25,000 annually) to support designated areas of the University. This position works under the guidance of the Associate Vice President of Advancement, aligning with the University’s strategic goals and objectives. With a successful track record of consecutive record-breaking fundraising years, the University Advancement team continues to drive success through a “donor-focused, data-driven” strategy. As donors grow their commitment to the University, the Leadership Development Officer will make recommendations to transition donors to major giving levels or to transition their portfolio into the major gift space.
