About The Position

NorthStar is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join an awesome team at Mercy Anderson! Join a team of 6 general anesthesiologists where the Call and workload is split equitably amongst the team of 6 general anesthesiologists! Low volume OB covered by CRNA with MD as backup. Call is split 6 ways amongst the team of 6 Gen MDs. Call is taken from home with post-call day off. Open heart cases and open heart call covered by separate group of CV anesthesiologists. Good variety of case type except for open hearts (separate service) and intracranial neurosurgery (no heads, no hearts).

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to commit to a 3-year term for sign-on bonus

Nice To Haves

Experience with a variety of case types (excluding open hearts and intracranial neurosurgery)

Responsibilities

Provide general anesthesia services.
Participate in call rotation, taken from home with post-call day off.
