About The Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join its anesthesia provider group serving Tampa General Hospital North facilities in Brooksville and Spring Hill, as well as Florida Endoscopy Surgery Center (FESC). The practice offers a diverse case mix and a collaborative care team environment and is open to new graduates and experienced Anesthesiologists. The schedule is 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off. During working weeks, the physician is on call every other night. The physician provides daytime coverage at Spring Hill, Brooksville, and FESC, and is responsible for call at Brooksville beginning at 5 p.m. The stated annual compensation is $511,000 base pay, a $25,000 quality bonus, and $29,000 call pay, totaling $565,000 annually. A $100,000 sign-on bonus is offered for a three-year commitment. Full benefits are offered. Facility case mix includes: - Brooksville: General, Endoscopy, Urology, Podiatry, Plastics, Total Joint, Orthopedics, Neurology, Gynecology, Vascular, Thoracic, and ENT. - Spring Hill: General, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, Orthopedics, Plastics, Radiology, Urology, labor epidurals, and C-sections. - Florida Endoscopy Surgery Center: General, Endoscopy, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastics, Podiatry, and Urology.
