About The Position
NorthStar Anesthesia is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia provider group serving Tampa General Hospital System facilities in Brooksville, Spring Hill, and FESC, Florida. Providers will work across all three facilities. The practice offers a variety of shifts, a diverse case mix, and a collaborative care-team environment. Candidates may be new graduates or experienced CRNAs seeking a career change. Case mix includes general, endoscopy, urology, podiatry, plastics, total joint, orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, vascular, thoracic, ENT, radiology, labor epidurals, C-sections, ophthalmology, and pain procedures, with the mix varying by facility. The compensation package is $244,000 base salary, an $8,000 quality bonus, and $8,000 call pay, for $260,000 annually. The position includes eight weeks of PTO and a $75,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a three-year commitment.
