About The Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its all-CRNA practice at Mercy Health — Tiffin Hospital in Tiffin, Ohio. The practice has 3–4 operating rooms and 4–5 CRNAs working daily, with one CRNA serving in a charge/flex role. Cases include obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy. Pager call is shared at a 1:6 ratio, with a 30-minute response time and a day off after call. Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for cases including obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy.
Participate in pager call on a 1:6 rotation, with a 30-minute response time.
Serve in the charge/flex role as part of the daily CRNA team when assigned.
