About The Position

The GEAR Quotation Specialist works with customers and branch locations to gather information and provide accurate, competitive pricing to help win project packages for City Electric Supply. The role prepares and manages sales quotes, coordinates with vendors, agents, suppliers, customers, and branches, and provides customers with value-added service and technical expertise. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. The job is located with Central Texas Projects in Schertz, Texas; salary is undisclosed.

Requirements

Experience with Eaton, Siemens, and GE gear is required.
At least three years of experience in gear quotation is required.
Technical qualifications and strong industry knowledge are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Desire to grow within the organization.
Customer-service-focused mindset.

A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with collecting information from vendors and agents to create complete and competitive job package quotes.
Prepare and manage sales quotes for customers and branch locations.
Work directly with suppliers and customers to secure project awards.
