About The Position

The GEAR Quotation Specialist works with customers and branch locations to gather information and provide accurate, competitive pricing to help City Electric Supply win project packages. The role supports quotation preparation and management, coordinates with vendors, agents, suppliers, customers, and branches, and provides customer service and technical expertise. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience with Eaton, Siemens, and GE gear.
A minimum of three years of experience in gear quotation.
Technical qualifications and strong industry knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Customer service-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Collect information from vendors and agents to create complete and competitive job package quotes.
Prepare and manage sales quotes for customers and branch locations.
Work directly with suppliers and customers to secure project awards.
Provide value-added service and technical expertise to customers.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
