About The Position

Lead Global Finance Operations across assigned regions and markets, owning market-finance operations, reporting, financial statements and audits, controls, stakeholder engagement, and regional transformation. Translate global standards into reliable execution while protecting financial integrity. The role is accountable for accurate, timely and controlled regional outputs; reliable market execution with clear ownership and hand-offs; stronger reporting integrity and faster issue resolution; timely financial-statement and audit completion; and consistent controls, resilience and sustained transformation adoption. Direct retained market-finance activities, including in-market accounting, pensions, provisions, and cost-center and payroll dependencies. Oversee reconciliations, balance-sheet and profit-and-loss reviews, revenue adjustments, rebates and supplemental reporting, resolving material variances, aged items and unsupported balances. Lead statutory journals, financial-statement preparation and disclosures, review, finalization and audit support for markets. Serve as the senior Global Finance Operations interface for Market and Regional Finance, maintaining visibility of accounting, service, control and capacity risks and driving issues to closure. Embed policies, control evidence, approvals and retention requirements; address audit actions, data-quality concerns, recurring exceptions and business-continuity risks. Implement the Global Finance Operations optimization agenda through standardization, simplified hand-offs, centralization and automation, reducing unnecessary local variation and measuring adoption and benefits. Oversee financial matters for commercial legal entities across assigned regions and markets, ensuring financial stewardship, governance, integrity of market financial information, and alignment with applicable statutory, legal, regulatory, tax and jurisdictional requirements. Partner with Market and Regional Finance, Country Management and Commercial Finance leadership to support business objectives and operational continuity while safeguarding financial integrity. Ensure appropriate Finance support for local legal-entity governance and Board requirements, including Finance representation on local Boards of Directors where applicable. Be accountable for delivery against agreed operational budgets, productivity commitments and approved transformation business cases. Build and sustain a strong, inclusive and connected GBS culture across teams, locations and capabilities. Champion transparent communication, collaboration, recognition, development and colleague voice, using engagement insights and feedback to strengthen colleague experience, organizational effectiveness and business performance. The role sets direction and makes decisions within its defined operational or process scope. It recommends or co-decides material remediation, approved exceptions, operating-model changes, transformation priorities and investment needs with appropriate leaders. It does not own enterprise policy, formal audit or tax opinions, final investment approval, business decisions outside its scope, or enterprise technology architecture. The role is hybrid and is posted in multiple locations. The stated U.S. salary range applies to the Tampa, Florida location only.
