About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with transactions and payments, and following safety, environmental, and security standards. The role also supports clean and orderly club standards and may involve duties in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assist with gas station transactions while ensuring the safety of people, property, and the environment.
• Monitor gas station sales and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, generate reports, complete checklist procedures, and document and address identified issues.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and complete required preparation procedures.
• Follow safety, environmental, and security standards; understand station safety and security features; and inform management and the help desk about alarms.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including deposits, verification, documentation, and control.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted prices and club signage match POS pricing.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled-material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors and verify proper identification before allowing access to the kiosk; notify the corporate office about non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Follow club policies and procedures and perform other assigned duties, including work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, and full attendance.
• Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act honestly and with integrity; promote a safe, inclusive, respectful, and positive environment; and work collaboratively toward team goals.
• Deliver service excellence, address and de-escalate member concerns, and follow daily GOLD Member Standards.
• Work with the team to maintain GOLD club standards, including stocking, promotional execution, accurate signage, and clean, organized spaces.
• Access and read department production or financial performance reporting and understand how consistent execution affects the business.
