About The Position

The Gas Station Attendant delivers remarkable customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. This team member performs retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, and collaborates with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed. The role is in the Gas Station department. Available shift hours are 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Be detail-oriented and organized.
Have strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
Be willing to learn or have existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
Have problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
Be process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
Be able to stand for long periods of time.
Have a desire to work with customers consistently.
Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers.
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Help customers with questions or direct them to another team member who can assist.
Stock products and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
Use technology to complete activities and tasks.
Complete retail tasks related to products, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.
