About The Position

The Gas Station Attendant delivers remarkable customer service by sharing product knowledge, providing efficient service, and maintaining a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, as well as collaborating with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed. Attendants build rapport with customers, help answer their questions or direct them to someone who can, stock products, maintain displays according to merchandising standards, and use technology to complete tasks. The listed shift is 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, and weekend availability is required. The position is applicable to the Gas Station department.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
Problem-solving competence and willingness to troubleshoot when necessary.
Able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Willing to work with customers consistently.
Weekend availability required.
