Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in horticulture, environmental education, botany, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with organic gardening, sustainable agriculture, and basic plant science

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons to patients in outdoor garden environments.
Oversee the upkeep of garden beds, including seasonal planting, weeding, composting, and irrigation.
Maintain a safe, respectful environment, establishing clear rules for tool use and outdoor exploration.
