Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, environmental education, botany, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with organic gardening, sustainable agriculture, and basic plant science
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons to patients in outdoor garden environments.
- Oversee the upkeep of garden beds, including seasonal planting, weeding, composting, and irrigation.
- Maintain a safe, respectful environment, establishing clear rules for tool use and outdoor exploration.
