About The Position

Join us at Sesame Place and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Come and play an important part on our incredible team today! You’ll help grow and maintain our beautiful park grounds. This involves performing a variety of ground maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting, pruning, and container maintenance with an early morning schedule.

Requirements

• Basic plant or landscape knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a SeaWorld driver’s license preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions
• Scheduling flexibility - be able to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and quality of work area
• Maintain accurate records of activities performed
• Provide excellent service to guests and Ambassadors
• Operate park vehicles
• Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed.
