Requirements
- Strong in-home sales experience (2+ years preferred)
- A positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools confidently.
- Great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards (a plus).
- Experience with garage door systems or ServiceTitan is a bonus—but not required!
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude and 2+ years of in-home sales experience are a big plus!

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems.
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure safe and code-compliant work.
- Keep detailed documentation (notes, photos, diagrams) to support efficient service and follow-up.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
- Recommend upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
- Always put safety first—yours, your team’s, and your customers’.
