This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial garage door systems, performing inspections, documenting work, communicating with customers and teammates, recommending upgrades, and prioritizing safety. We are looking for individuals with strong in-home sales experience, mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, use basic tools, and possess great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and experience with garage door systems or ServiceTitan are a plus but not required.

Requirements

Strong in-home sales experience (2+ years preferred)
A positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools confidently.
Great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
Experience with garage door systems or ServiceTitan

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems.
Perform thorough inspections to ensure safe and code-compliant work.
