Garage Door Repair Technician
About The Position
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Garage Door Repair Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, service, and install residential garage doors and opener systems while providing outstanding customer service to homeowners. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, replacing springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Technicians will also educate customers on repair options and recommended solutions while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and enjoys working hands-on. Must have experience in garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.
Requirements
- Experience in garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
