About The Position
Garage Ambassador employees perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties, survey facilities for safety issues, and provide customer service to help ensure garages are clean and safe. The role assists customers with garage entry and exit, parking equipment, and pay stations, while monitoring garage activity and reporting safety or maintenance concerns. Employees also conduct routine inspections, support special events and busy periods, and assist with snow removal as required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work outdoors and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the garage.
- Assist customers with pay stations, gates, and parking equipment.
- Monitor garage activity and report safety or maintenance concerns.
- Perform routine garage inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Support special events and high-traffic periods as required.
- Assist with snow removal as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Conduct general housekeeping and janitorial duties.
