About The Position
Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at a local card room in Hialeah, Florida. Gaming Associates monitor live casino card games by sitting at card tables, verifying payouts, calculating bonuses, and regulating game rules for games such as Ultimate Texas Hold'em and Three-Card Poker. They are not dealers, but work alongside dealers and help maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required; the company provides ongoing paid training in gaming, leadership, and customer service. The role is full-time and requires flexible availability, including weekends and late-night hours. Operations run 24/7.
Requirements
- Operate professionally, with integrity, maturity, and respect.
- Provide customer service and help maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere.
- Have a positive attitude and be open to learning and taking on new challenges.
- Be comfortable with basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
- Have dependable, flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Be able to pass a thorough background and credit check.
- Be a team player.
Responsibilities
