About The Position

Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at a local card room in Orange Park, Florida. Associates monitor live card table games, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and regulate game rules, including those for Ultimate Texas Holdem’ and Three-Card Poker. They work alongside dealers and help maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required; the company provides ongoing paid training in gaming, leadership, and customer service. The role is full-time and requires complete scheduling flexibility, including weekend and late-night availability.

Requirements

• Operate with integrity and handle interactions with maturity and respect.
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
• Have a positive attitude and be open to learning and taking on new challenges.
• Be comfortable with basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
• Be dependable and able to provide flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a thorough background and credit check.
• Be a team player.
