About The Position

PT Services (New Jersey) LLC, part of Playtech, is hiring a Game Show Host for its New Jersey live gaming studios. The role presents games in a live-streaming environment and requires compliance with applicable Gaming Commission regulations, company regulations, studio policies, and game procedures. Hosts follow computer prompts and assigned table schedules, take direction from Pit-bosses and Trainers, and keep up with changes to game-leading procedures. The host creates an engaging, high-energy atmosphere, connects with players, answers game-related questions professionally, and communicates in accordance with chat policy. The role also involves reporting risks, mistakes, problems, and unusual activity; attending training and briefings; participating in promotional photo and video shoots when requested; maintaining clear communication and confidentiality; and performing other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and electronic mail.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills for a live-streaming environment.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including speech, appearance, and posture, in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle potential guest conflicts professionally while maintaining guest service standards.
Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards, and operate other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive hand and arm movement.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and attention to detail.
Ability to wear assigned uniforms.
Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Responsibilities

Present games in a live-streaming environment while following applicable gaming regulations, company regulations, and studio policies and procedures.
Learn and execute the rules of video-stream games.
Conduct live games according to assigned table schedules, computer prompts, and instructions from Pit-bosses and Trainers.
Follow updates and amendments to game-leading procedures.
Create a fun, engaging, high-energy atmosphere and entertain customers during games.
Adapt to unexpected situations and changes during games.
Address audiences clearly and engagingly, and help players feel part of the show.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance with general game questions and communicate according to chat policy.
Immediately report risks, mistakes, problems, or unusual activity in company premises to the Pit-boss.
Attend required educational events, briefings, and training sessions.
Participate in company marketing promotions, including photo and video shoots, as requested by management.
Maintain professional communication with management and peers.
Keep confidential information restricted to authorized company individuals.
Perform additional duties as instructed by management.
