About The Position
The Collective Snowmass is seeking an energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic Game Lounge Attendant for the winter season. The role helps create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where guests of all ages can enjoy games, activities, and memorable experiences. The attendant assists guests with check-in, oversees game activities, processes transactions, and supports special events in a lively, fast-paced setting. The position is at The Collective Game Lounge & Collective Hall in Snowmass Village, Colorado, pays $22.00 per hour, and is full-time seasonal. Shifts run from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with a minimum of two shifts per week; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. The stated start date is November 27, 2026.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and personable attitude.
- Ability to remain positive, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced, noisy, and active environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally sit, walk, stoop, reach, and handle tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work scheduled afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in, including completing required waivers and explaining games and activities.
- Monitor the Game Lounge and supervise activities to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Process admissions and other transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Supervise ball pit activities, assist guests, and keep the play area clean and organized.
- Regularly clean games, equipment, and shared spaces in accordance with cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Support the Supervisor with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with birthday parties, private events, and special activities.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations during busy periods and provide additional support as needed.
