About The Position

Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and providing guests with stellar service. The role supports the breakfast experience by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining service stations, replenishing items for guests, and transporting used tableware to the dishwashing area.

Requirements

Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.

Responsibilities

Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including necessary equipment such as silverware, linen, and condiments.
Take care of guests during their breakfast experience and replenish items as necessary.
Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
