About The Position

This position supports all aspects of matchday operations for the New England Revolution Major League Soccer (MLS) team and MLS Next Pro (MLSNP). The coordinator helps provide a professional, seamless, league-compliant matchday experience for players, coaches, referees, club personnel, and league representatives. The role supports operational logistics, match preparation, and on-field activities in line with MLS and MLSNP standards.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Personable and professional in all interactions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure matchday environment.
• Comfortable interacting with coaches, referees, league officials, and other essential personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work at least 13 of the New England Revolution's 17 regular-season matches and at least 10 of New England Revolution II's 14 MLSNP regular-season matches.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the full matchday operations timeline.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by match schedules.
• SafeSport certification.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sports operations or event operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of locker rooms for home and visiting teams.
• Support home and visiting team training staff and match officials with operational needs related to match execution.
• Provide operational sideline support, including coordinating with the stretcher crew and following hydration and equipment protocols.
• Interact with MLS match directors, security personnel, inspectors, and league observers as part of matchday operations.
• Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.
• Provide general support to Soccer Operations staff throughout matchday activities.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business needs dictate.
