About The Position

Velocity Esports is an esports and entertainment platform located at Newport on the Levee. It offers esports lounges, arcade games, bowling, billiards, darts, live tournaments, dining, and other in-person entertainment. The Game Card Counter/Game Floor Associate helps guests purchase, load, and recharge game cards, explains card usage, promotions, and pricing, and provides friendly, efficient service. The role also involves handling transactions and cash drawers, troubleshooting minor card issues, assisting with prize redemption inquiries, restocking prize counters, maintaining a clean and organized area, and resolving guest concerns.
