About The Position

RH is seeking a Gallery Host to provide world-class service to guests while taking care of equipment and facilities. The role represents the RH brand through polished communication, professional appearance, and enthusiasm, helping create a welcoming and elevated guest experience in the Gallery. Gallery Hosts support guest services, maintain Gallery areas and the host station, assist with events, and share guest feedback with leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Energetic, accountable, and team oriented.
• Reliable, dependable, and responsible.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Live RH’s vision, values, and beliefs every day.
• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Enthusiastically engage clients as they enter the Gallery and deliver world-class service.
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect guests with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and the restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service, and valet validation.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station, and monitor Gallery areas to keep them clean, safe, and code compliant.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback to the leadership team about guest comments or escalations.
