About The Position

The Gallery Concierge provides customer service to residents living in Gallery Apartments, as well as their families and guests. The role responds to residents’ special requests, which may include light shopping, personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations or event tickets. The concierge also arranges and serves continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages, promotes community programs and events, and coordinates with other departments to ensure residents’ care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining needs are met efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage Gallery Apartments residents, their families, and guests.
• Respond to residents’ special requests, including light shopping, personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations or event tickets.
• Arrange and serve continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to residents and guests.
• Promote programs and events taking place at the community.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure residents’ care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
