About The Position

This is a part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. The role involves receiving and replenishing liquor, beer, and wine, setting up bottles, ensuring beer taps are working, stocking bar snacks, assisting with opening and closing duties, bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness of bar areas, removing rubbish, preparing and serving beverages to assist the bartender, setting up and maintaining the chef's display, running food and dishes, resetting tables, assisting with water service, mopping, and providing general assistance in the dining room and initial filling of ice bins at the bar.

Requirements

Must be able to work event-based shifts.
Must be able to work in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles.
Must be able to receive and replenish liquor, beer, and wine.
Must be able to retrieve food and beverage items.
Must be able to set up bottles on the bar.
Must be able to ensure beer taps are working properly.
Must be able to stock bar snacks and supplies.
Must be able to assist with opening and closing duties.
Must be able to bus tables.
Must be able to maintain cleanliness of bar areas.
Must be able to remove rubbish.
Must be able to prepare and serve beverages.
Must be able to set up and maintain the chef's display.
Must be able to run food items, dirty dishes, and clean dishes.
Must be able to reset tables.
Must be able to assist with water service.
Must be able to assist with mopping duties.
Must be able to provide general assistance in the dining room.
Must be able to fill ice bins at the bar.

Responsibilities

Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed.
Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.
Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
Ensures beer taps are working properly.
Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies, such as snacks and napkins, stocked throughout shift.
Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
Buses tables in bar area.
Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Set up and maintaining the chef's display.
Running food items, dirty dishes, and clean dishes to and from the kitchen.
Resetting tables when soiled.
Assisting with water service to guests.
Assisting with mopping duties at the end of service.
General assistance in the dining room.
Initial filling of ice bins at the bar.
