Fiserv Forum - Suites Dessert Cart Attendant
About The Position
This is a part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. The role offers a competitive wage of $22.03/hr and is a union position. The ideal candidate will possess a good attitude, professional appearance, and refined customer service skills. Responsibilities include ensuring proper display and maintenance of desserts throughout events, possessing thorough knowledge of menu offerings, adhering to safety and sanitation policies, and performing post-event inventory and restocking. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25lbs, walk or stand for extended periods, and a strong team-player attitude with a positive, friendly demeanor.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to push large, moving cart (up to 250 pounds)
- Has bakery experience or ability to cleanly cut cakes
- Ability to answer all questions related to menu and products on hand
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time (on average up to 8-10 hours/shift)
- Ensure all food safety and sanitary practices are maintained throughout entirety of shift
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be ServSafe certified
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all desserts are properly displayed and maintained throughout events
- Very knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Performs post event product inventory and restocks
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
