The company is seeking a passionate builder to join the Recruiting team to fuel growth by recruiting high-caliber engineering talent. The ideal candidate will treat every open role as a significant opportunity cost, move quickly to manage and close searches, develop creative ways to identify talent, and create a world-class experience for candidates. They will use data to benchmark and improve processes, and work with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that embody Cape’s values and culture. This role is in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and reports to the Head of Operations.
