About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Driver at Raymour & Flanigan, you help bring customers’ purchases to life and provide the final step in the customer experience. You inspect, wrap, and load the truck to protect orders for delivery. At customers’ homes, you assemble furniture, perform minor touchups when needed, and place each piece where the customer requests. The role requires care, craftsmanship, courtesy, and a commitment to safety. Raymour & Flanigan supports a drug- and smoke-free work environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a qualified driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during customer interactions.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., and navigate stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and load the truck to protect furniture and prepare orders for delivery.
• Deliver furniture to customers’ homes.
• Assemble furniture at customers’ homes.
• Perform minor furniture touchups when needed.
• Place furniture where customers request.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow company safety practices.
• Interact professionally, patiently, and courteously with customers, including during challenging situations.
