About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you help bring customers’ purchases to life by inspecting, wrapping, and loading the truck to protect orders for delivery. At customers’ homes, you assemble furniture, perform minor touchups when needed, and place each piece where the customer wants it. The role is the final step in the customer experience and calls for craftsmanship, care, and courtesy. Raymour & Flanigan supports a drug- and smoke-free work environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a qualified driving record.
Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
Experience operating a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during customer interactions.
Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs and tight corners and working in varying weather conditions.
Commitment to the company's safety practices and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Inspect, wrap, and load furniture orders onto the truck for delivery.
Deliver furniture to customers’ homes.
Assemble furniture in customers’ homes.
Perform minor furniture touchups when needed.
Place furniture where the customer wants it.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company safety practices.
Interact professionally, patiently, and courteously with customers, including in challenging situations.
