About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Driver at Raymour & Flanigan, you help bring customers’ furniture purchases to life and provide the final step in their customer experience. You inspect, wrap, and load the truck to protect each order, then deliver and assemble furniture in customers’ homes. You may perform minor touchups and place each piece where the customer wants it. The role requires care, craftsmanship, and courtesy, along with the ability to handle demanding physical work and maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a qualified driving record.
Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
Experience operating a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during customer interactions, including challenging situations.
Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
